名胜古迹[edit]

塘头坪村村民以黄姓为主，据博雅地名网，其先祖为五代南汉诗人黄损，村落历史逾千年。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2017年10月，塘联村获「第一批广东省卫生村」称号；2021年9月，以柑橘产业入选「第二批广东省“一村一品、一镇一业”专业村」；2024年3月，被命名为「2023年广东省卫生村」。[1]

近年建设[edit]

据连州市政府门户网站，该村为农房风貌改善投入715万元，已有120栋房屋换上新的外立面，村级规划也已编成，目标是在2026年的典型村考核中达标。[2]
