柯木湾村是广东省清远市连州市丰阳镇下辖的行政村，下辖12个村民小组，区划代码为441882106207。[2]
此前被认定为省定贫困村的柯木湾，自2016年起获中山大学结对帮扶，到2019年全部贫困户已脱贫。[1]
产业扶贫[edit]
中山大学的驻村工作队自2016年进驻帮扶。村子推行“大村一业，小村一品”的做法：一处稻蛙鱼生态农业基地、一间中草药加工厂，以及一个红薯粉扶贫车间相继建成，集体收入一年超过三十万元。到2019年，村里的贫困户已全部脱贫。[1]
基础设施与旅游[edit]
安居工程补助花了14万元；村内装上149盏太阳能路灯，并修建了6座环保公厕。村子还利用石头彩绘发展乡村旅游，设置了景点。[1]
