历史传说[edit]
百度百科转述族谱的说法：黄庭坚在北宋崇宁年间遭遇迫害，遂到夏湟村避居。村内据称有黄庭坚墓，以及记述其迁徙历程的宗祠楹联。这一说法只见于族谱记载，未能用其他资料核实。[2]
经济[edit]
夏湟村参与“飞地经济”模式，与周边村庄联合整合了500余亩土地，用于种植香芋和马蹄，种植规模超过700亩，就业岗位有250个。通过科学轮种，马蹄亩产值达到1.6万元以上。[2]
