2017年10月，七村村获「第一批广东省卫生村」称号。2020年8月，七村村入选首批「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村，产品为柑橘，名单由广东省农业农村厅公布。2024年3月，该村被命名为「2023年广东省卫生村」。[1]
