油田村位于广东省清远市连州市大路边镇北部，北与湖南省临武、宜章两县为邻，南与星子镇接壤。村庄三面环山，中间有小溪流过。[2]

据百度百科，2024年村中人口4037人，耕地2862亩。距镇政府的距离，百度百科称约3公里，博雅地名网称约4公里。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

村子建于宋代，已有七百多年的历史。村中至今保留清代道光年间的门楼，以及光绪年间的祠堂。[2]

经济[edit]

农业以水稻为主，兼种玉米、烤烟等经济作物。村中设有皇帝柑种植基地，2021年入选广东省「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村名单（柑橘）。[2]

文化[edit]

2024年3月，该村被命名为「2023年广东省卫生村」。[1]
