名称与沿革[edit]

村委会辖区内，高堆村是最大的村落，村委会因此以它定名。1999年起定名为高堆村村民委员会。[1]

典型村与基础设施[edit]

2025年，高堆村的自来水管网升级改造完成铺设6.10公里，保障农村生活用水。同年，该村被列为县级典型村培育对象。[2]

2026年上半年，镇里对元潭、高堆两个典型村同步推进培育，两村的农房外立面改造有33栋，污水管线约4830米已敷设，「三线」整治1400米。镇里的总结将高堆村列为省级典型村培育目标。[3]
