管塘村是黄花镇下辖的行政村，位于镇域西北部，北与阳山县接壤[1]。村内耕地和水资源较为贫乏[1]。

地名由来[edit]

村旁有三座小石山，低洼处形似池塘，原称官塘，建国初改称管塘[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

1986年起称管塘村委会，归岩背乡管辖；1998年10月改为村委会，隶属岩背镇。2004年6月，岩背、明迳两镇撤销，黄花镇设立，管塘村委会改由黄花镇管辖[1][2]。
