三山村是黄花镇下辖的行政村，位于镇域西北部，由原三山、丹竹山两村合并而成[1]。2023年入选省级典型村名单，并获评2023年广东省乡村治理示范村[2][3]。

地名由来[edit]

村内多数村落建在三座大山脚下，由此得名三山[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

1982年，三山大队从公正大队中划出。1998年10月起称三山村委会，延续至今。丹竹山村委会于2004年12月并入[1]。

规划[edit]

英德市人民政府于2024年12月25日批复《英德市黄花镇三山村村庄规划（2023-2035年）》。规划范围覆盖本村全部土地，共有11个自然村、14个村民小组，面积约1171.52公顷[4]。到2035年，村庄建设用地的规模不超过32.39公顷，耕地保有量为150.62公顷[4]。

产业与发展[edit]

三山村的「漫旅游」项目，把茶园旅游资源与乡村旅游结合在一起[5]。「德高信茶文旅景区」与「石陂坑水库康养中心」等农文旅项目，在2024年已在村内落地[2]。丹竹山饮水工程推进时，乡贤捐资约6万元，工程建成后将解决村民的饮水问题[6]。

荣誉[edit]

2019年12月，三山村列入国家林业和草原局公布的第二批「国家森林乡村」名单[1]。2020年8月，三山村入选首批广东省「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村名单（蔬菜）[1]。2023年5月，三山村的新屋村、和一村、五村获得「2022年广东省卫生村」称号[1]。2024年4月，三山村列入「广东省第一批乡村振兴示范村」创建名单[1]。
