地名由来[edit]
建国前，此地称圩仔。建国后这里是英德、清远、阳山等地群众赶集的地方，因买卖较为公平，改称公正[1]。
历史沿革[edit]
1952年设公正乡；1958年成为公正大队，归明迳公社管理；1986年起称公正村委会，归明迳乡管辖；1998年10月重新定为公正村委会，延续至今[1]。
发展与治理[edit]
2023年，公正村在棚塘村道种植小叶紫薇0.3公里，三山村和公正村共同打造了农户垃圾分类入户试点[2]。2024年，公正村被列为典型村，继续创优创先[4]。
村内推进人居环境整治时，「五老」协调沿线村民的土地占用诉求，并协助推进旅游公厕建设[3]。2024年新引入的民宿项目中，有「公正村不舍·黄花农文旅项目」[4]。
