英德市人民政府以英府函〔2024〕163号文批复了《英德市东华镇双寨村村庄规划（2023-2035年）》，批复作出于2024年12月25日。东华镇人民政府于2025年1月21日发布批后公告，说明规划此前经过草案公示、村民代表大会审议、镇级及市直部门意见征询、专家评审和市政府批复等程序。[2]

2021年12月，广东省爱卫会授予双寨村「2021年广东省卫生村」称号。[1]
