雅堂村是广东省清远市英德市东华镇下辖的行政村，位于东华镇西北面，距镇政府约9公里。2019年，该村入选「第六批广东省古村落」名单，同年12月被认定为「全国乡村治理示范村」。[1]

地名由来[edit]

旧时此处有几口烧制瓦片时挖成的鱼塘，称为瓦塘。后因“瓦”与“雅”读音相近，改称雅堂。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2019年3月，「第六批广东省古村落」名单公布，雅堂村入选。同年12月，村庄被认定为「全国乡村治理示范村」。[1]

2019年9月，雅堂村列入「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」名单。2021年12月，广东省爱卫会授予该村「2021年广东省卫生村」称号。[1]
