湖溪村位于黎溪镇南端，处在飞来峡水库的前沿，北江与银英公路纵贯村域南北。村域内有25个自然村，另有一处水库移民区。[1][4]

历史沿革[edit]

村名来自一条溪流，它自村中南北流过。[1]

村址早年为湖溪小乡，其后经过大队、乡政府和管理区等变化，1998年10月7日改设为湖溪村委会。[1]

《英德市黎溪镇湖溪村村庄规划（2023-2035年）》于2024年12月25日获批，批复文号为英府函〔2024〕174号。规划覆盖全村域，共有25个自然村，另有一处水库移民区，村域用地约2533.23公顷。[4]

地理环境[edit]

规划认为，村庄可依托黎溪最高峰天堂山和北江航道发展，定位为以文化休闲、特色农产品、航运和客货运码头为主导的水库移民特色村。[4]

规划至2035年，村域耕地保有量为28.88公顷，永久基本农田27.71公顷，生态保护红线123.03公顷。[4]

经济[edit]

2024年上半年，湖溪村水库移民美丽家园省级示范项目有序推进。村里还有一个现代休闲渔业综合体项目，正在稳步推进。[2]

2025年，Y176线湖溪村段约9.42公里的道路拓宽工程开工推进。[3]

人口民族[edit]

博雅地名网称村委会辖38个村民小组，全村585户、2753人，未注统计年份。[1]

文化[edit]

2021年9月，湖溪村入选广东省农业农村厅公布的第二批「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村名单，产业为麻鸡。[1]

2021年12月，村里获「2021年广东省卫生村」荣誉称号；2023年5月，龙颈组、高排获「2022年广东省卫生村」称号。[1]

黎溪镇2025年工作总结称，要巩固湖溪、大湖、铁溪三村的建设成果。[3]
