黎新村在黎溪镇西北部，与连江口镇相邻，是飞来峡水利枢纽的移民村之一，也是革命老区。村名原为「三百钱」。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村名原为「三百钱」。后从新塘划出另行设置时，因属黎洞单元，改称黎新。[1]

1951年设黎新小乡，之后经历大队、乡政府和管理区的建制，1998年10月7日改设为黎新村委会。新塘村委会于2004年12月6日并入黎新村委会。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村辖27个村民小组，村域土地以山林为主。[1]

经济[edit]

博雅地名网称，黎溪镇被命名为「沙糖桔名镇」，黎新村沙糖桔种植面积达5500多亩，未注统计年份。[1]

2026年的巡察整改通报称，黎新村集体经营性收入已经够得上典型村的培育线，并被纳入2026年培育计划。[2]

文化[edit]

2021年12月，黎新村获「2021年广东省卫生村」荣誉称号；2023年5月，火砖楼组获「2022年广东省卫生村」称号。[1]
