黎溪镇是广东省清远市英德市下辖的镇，在英德市南部临北江，东面与佛冈县毗邻，南面是清新区，全镇辖1个社区和11个行政村。[1][2]

镇域面积296平方公里，因飞来峡水利枢纽建设而有大量移民安置在镇区，素有「英州南大门」之称。[3]

2025年，镇里确定以全域旅游、玩具制造和航运为三个专业小镇的发展方向，当年规模以上工业总产值7.64亿元。[4]

历史沿革[edit]

黎溪的名称取自北江两岸的旧地名：河西岸称黎洞，河东岸称铁溪，两地各取一字而成。[1]

明洪武二年（1369年）建制，属英德县怀义都黎溪图。清康熙四十四年（1705年）划为英德县浛属怀义都的黎溪图，道光十六年（1836年）设黎溪乡。[1][2]

新中国成立后，黎溪乡先属英德县第一区，1955年8月划入连江口区，1959年4月设黎溪人民公社，1983年7月设黎溪区公所，1986年11月撤区设镇，沿用至今。[1]

百度百科则记1987年才改称镇，1995年曾划归飞来峡区，2001年回归英德市，与博雅地名网的年份并不一致，两处都在此并列。[2]

飞来峡水利枢纽建成后，镇址由北江西岸迁往东岸，设在银英公路旁的新镇区。旧镇址所在的黎洞村只留下丰盛古寺和旧中小学的教学楼。[1][11]

地理环境[edit]

全镇中部低、东西两侧高，河谷与阶地沿北江分布，其余多为丘陵，东西两侧有山地。[2]

北江航道穿过镇域，2026年的工作计划把它列为发展航运与冷链物流的条件。[4]

人口[edit]

博雅地名网据第七次全国人口普查结果，于2021年6月记作常住人口约2.86万人，在英德市各乡镇街道中位列第13。[1]

黎溪镇政府2022年年报写作人口38533人，并注明为第七次人口普查数；百度百科则注为2019年末户籍人口38533人。三处口径不同，本条目不作合并。[2][3]

经济[edit]

2025年，农林牧渔业总产值为4.26亿元，固定资产投资为1.03亿元；工业一项，规模以上企业的总产值达到7.64亿元。[4]

玩具产业以佳美达玩具厂为核心，该厂增资扩产项目累计投资超过1.6亿元，新建厂房8.6万平方米。航运方面，镇里的商会企业广东省黎运船务有限公司与两家中央企业签订了长期合作协议。[4]

特色产业里，乌鬃鹅一年出栏逾30万只；山泉水鱼产值约1100万元，豆芽加工约2000万元。[4]

镇域的乡村振兴工作以「百千万工程」为抓手。黎溪被评为典型镇：2025年典型镇创建通过省级考核验收，据2026年8月的巡察整改通报，镇里获评第二批「百千万工程」典型镇。[4][5]

典型村方面，恒昌村获评第三批典型村，铁溪村、湖溪村和大湖村被列为巩固对象，黎新村纳入2026年培育计划。[4][5]

文化[edit]

2025年镇里的工作材料把擂茶粥与其他非遗文化并列，要求传承发扬。2026年8月，一支高校实践队以擂茶粥为主题，在英里山茶园和集市采风拍摄。[7][10]

黎溪大庙龙舟文化中心在2025年落成，并举行了开龙巡游，镇里的龙舟队还在粤港澳（清远·清城）龙舟争霸赛中取得成绩。[4]

镇里的卫生、教育与体育也有若干荣誉：黎溪初级中学获评「全国青少年校园足球特色学校」，中心幼儿园获评「全国足球特色幼儿园」，黎溪卫生院在2024年度「优质服务基层行」活动中获国家卫健委通报表扬。[4]

名胜古迹[edit]

吴光亮故居位于恒昌村的松岗围，吴光亮是抗倭名将。2023年10月，台湾青年岭南行的粤美乡村体验营在故居交流，两岸同胞四十余人参加。该故居挂牌为广东海峡两岸交流基地。[8][9]

2026年7月，广东金融学院的一支实践队在故居开展为期七天的专项行动，整理史料超过十万字，并拍摄了影像和文创初稿。[8]

丰盛古寺原在旧镇址的黎洞村，水库蓄水后得以保留，今为当地的宗教场所。[1][11]

2024年上半年的工作总结提出，要大力推广铁溪村的大围古树公园，使绿色生态与历史文化相互融合。该工作总结同时把吴光亮故居、铁溪古镇列为研学板块的景点。[6]
