红溪村是广东省清远市英德市连江口镇的一个行政村，位于北江北岸偏北，距镇政府约10公里[1][2]。村名原作「黄溪」，文革时期改「黄」为「红」，遂称红溪[3]。

博雅地名网所载人口2450人（年份未注），下辖17个村民小组，耕地约1200亩，产出的大宗为砂糖桔与冬瓜[1]。百度百科记户籍人口同为2450人，并称村委办公地点在大门岭脚[2]。

沿革[edit]

红溪在1979年建为大队，1983年改称红溪乡，1986年转为村委会，1990年一度为管理区；1998年10月7日再改为村委会，至今未变[4]。

荣誉[edit]

2021年12月，广东省爱卫会授予红溪村「2021年广东省卫生村」荣誉称号[1]。2023年5月，田心村被评为「2022年广东省卫生村」[1]。
