波罗村是广东省清远市英德市波罗镇下辖的行政村，距镇政府约1公里，东以波罗河为界。[1]

村名与附近的一座石山有关：石山形似菠萝，取其读音而称波罗。[2]

沿革[edit]

1952年为波罗乡，1958年为大队，1983年设乡政府，1986年改为村委会，1990年一度称管理区，1998年10月重新设为村委会。2004年12月，柳塘村委会并入。[4]

交通与地理[edit]

博雅地名网的概况页称，省道258线经过村内两个自然村，县道洛大公路经过三个自然村，另有十个自然村的道路尚未硬化。[3]

产业与文化[edit]

规划中，波罗村要提升麻竹笋的种植质量，布局桑蚕循环种养，并计划到2030年将村集体经营性收入提高到30万元以上。[5]

村里的万亩麻竹林计划修建休闲步道，并结合西京古道开辟徒步路线。西京古道沿线有古驿道和老建筑。[5]
