沿沙村是广东省清远市英德市波罗镇下辖的行政村，位于镇的西北面，距镇中心约7公里。[1]

村里的红芽芋头是“一村一品”的特色农产品，近年来借助直播带货拓宽销路。[3]

1983年，沿沙设乡政府；1986年改设村委会，1990年一度称管理区，1998年10月重新设为村委会，此后沿用至今。[1][2]

红芽芋头的芋尾带有一抹红色，蒸煮后口感软糯、香甜。[3]

2026年9月23日，即中国农民丰收节当天，镇里在沿沙村的芋田里组织了直播助农活动。当天的成交订单超过520单，售出芋头两千二百余斤，销售额近1.5万元。[3]

镇政府的规划提出，沿沙村要分步建设芋头、香芋南瓜、林下冬菇、灵芝等种养基地，目标是2028年将村集体经济收入提高到30万元以上。[4]
