村委会设在建棠村。全村分为10个村民小组，其中有李家洞、三台江、肖屋等小组。[1][2]

村内土壤肥沃，水源充足。农业结构调整后，村里大量种植竹笋等经济作物，效益较好。[1]

产业与典型村培育[edit]

2025年，建棠村是“百千万工程”的典型村培育对象。镇政府的年度工作总结称，村里谋划了总投资400万元的系列项目，其中8个已完工、5个已开工。[3]

村集体的香水柠檬基地占地70亩，栽种优质柠檬树2000棵，年产值约80万元，以土地流转分红和务工岗位带动村民增收。[3]

镇里规划继续扩大柠檬基地，并向柠檬深加工方向延伸产品线。[4]
