美光村是广东省清远市英德市石灰铺镇下辖的行政村，位于镇东面英含公路旁，距镇政府约6公里。[1]

村名取“美丽、光明”之意。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1983年美光与光明合并，设为美光乡政府；1986年又与光明分立，成立美光村委会。1990年改为管理区，1998年10月7日恢复村委会建制，沿用至今。[1]

建设[edit]

英州红茶业公司与美光等村的脱贫户开展合作，合作户每年增收可达3500元以上。[2]

2025年，美光村列为拟培育的典型村之一。[3]
