石灰铺镇是广东省清远市英德市下辖的镇，位于英德市西部，镇政府驻石灰铺社区。全镇辖1个社区和14个行政村。[1][8]
镇域以农业为主，红茶、麻竹笋和丝苗米是主要产业。2022年10月，石灰铺镇被认定为广东省“一村一品、一镇一业”专业镇（红茶）；2025年5月，石灰铺镇被纳入「广东省百千万工程第二批专业镇建设名单」。[2][5]
历史沿革[edit]
石灰铺之名与此地遍布石灰石有关：先民凿石烧灰，后有人在此开铺售货，逐渐形成集市。旧时以十里为一铺，铺上设驿，集市既立于铺址，遂取名石灰铺。[2]
建制始于明洪武二年（1369年）。清康熙四十四年（1705年）此地属英德县浛属清二都，设美村图、石灰铺图；清道光十六年（1836年）设美村乡、石灰乡；1936年设石美乡。[2][3]
1949年10月解放。此后，美村、竹田、惟山三乡隶属英德县第二区；1952年3月设英德县第五区，1955年8月设美村区。[3][4]
1958年9月划入红旗人民公社，翌年4月从中分出，另设石灰铺人民公社。1983年7月撤社设石灰铺区公所，1986年11月撤区设石灰铺镇。百度百科则载撤区设镇在1987年4月，两说相差约五个月。[1][3]
地理环境[edit]
石灰铺镇位于英德市西郊，距市区约24公里，东接英城街道和横石塘镇，南连西牛镇，西邻浛洸镇，北与石牯塘镇为界。全镇面积226.95平方千米。[1][4]
镇域四面环山，是丘陵山腹中的一块盆地。[4]
人口[edit]
第七次全国人口普查标准时点为2020年11月1日零时，石灰铺镇常住人口为27865人。[7]百度百科引用的是2019年末户籍人口44511人。[1]
经济[edit]
2025年，全镇稳定粮食播种面积2.5万余亩，粮食总产8829吨，同比增长5%。[6]
红茶是主导产业，全镇红茶产业规模为2.5万亩，依托省级农业龙头企业推动创新发展，并引进了年产1600吨红碎茶的生产线。英州红茶业经营的茶趣园，2025年接待游客约三十万人次；周边十余处农户由此开办起采摘园或土特产销售点。[6]
近年，镇内建成麻竹笋收储加工点，占地约14亩，投入650万元；联益米厂的丝苗米加工厂投产，延长了丝苗米的加工链条。[6]
基础设施与人居环境[edit]
2025年，镇内安装太阳能路灯1160盏，覆盖15个村（社区）。[6]2024年，全镇完成多条主干道黑底化改造8.9公里，并规划了三段道路的加宽改造。[5]
人居环境方面，村民出力、政府提供材料，建成“四小园”（小菜园、小果园、小花园、小公园）82个。镇里还以“以工代赈”和积分奖励的办法聘用保洁人员。[5][6]
镇里借助央企完成典型镇规划设计，结合竹田河、德政路等圩镇空间，推进「七个一」建设内容，目前项目已全面开工；勤丰、美村、光明、美光四村拟培育为典型村。[6]
全镇14个村卫生站已完成标准化建设。[6]
