塝脚村是英德市大湾镇下辖的行政村，位于镇北部，与田心村、长山村相邻，离镇政府约15千米。博雅地名网记全村辖26个自然村。[1]

广东省爱卫会于2021年12月把「2021年广东省卫生村」称号授予该村。2023年5月，该村黎屋村获「2022年广东省卫生村」称号。[1]

村里耕地多属丘陵，村内有省定贫困村。农业结构调整以后，村里种植经济作物。博雅地名网记人口3366人、耕地3442亩，未注年份。[1]
