鱼咀村是广东省清远市英德市浛洸镇下辖的行政村，位于镇的东南面，距镇墟约8公里，与西牛镇交界。村名来自村委会驻地所在的鱼咀圩。[1]

村子临近连江的开阔水面，历史上曾是商贸水路上的码头，近年因古村改造和文旅项目而为人所知。[3][4]

历史沿革[edit]

据第一财经的报道，自汉代到唐代，鱼咀作为县治的时间长达800余年，同时也是商贸水路的码头，繁盛多年。当地还有一条西京古道，据报道始筑于公元26年，起点即在鱼咀。[3]

北宋熙宁四年（1071年），书画家米芾到任浛洭县尉，在任两年。[3]

建国初，村地先为小乡建制，此后经历大队、乡政府、村委会和管理区的变化。1998年10月7日，村子重新成为村委会，一直延续至今。2001年9月10日，旗龙、鱼产坑两个村委会撤销后并入本村。[2]

上世纪90年代以后，村里的青壮年多外出务工，到2018年前后，常住在村的主要是老人和留守儿童，村地荒芜，成为典型的空心村。[3]

乡村建设与文旅[edit]

2017年，在外经商多年的村民廖志其回到鱼咀，同年，碧桂园集团与广物控股集团进入村庄，做雨污分流、巷道和停车场一类的基础设施，农家乐与民宿等业态随之进入。[3][4]

闲置民房和猪圈被改建为民宿、餐厅、咖啡吧和书吧，并保留了用鹅卵石砌墙的本地建筑风格。鱼咀古城文旅项目于2018年3月16日开工，由镇政府、碧桂园集团的碧乡农业公司、村委会和村民理事会联合成立旅游公司运营。[3][4]

村内的新时代文明实践站利用历史建筑、文化广场和农家书屋开展活动，据2024年1月的报道，2023年已开展30余场活动。[4]

村中的舞草龙是鱼咀最有特色的年俗，已列入英德市非物质文化遗产项目。[3]

人口与姓氏[edit]

村民共有38个姓氏，据报道，先辈多是从外地来做生意，之后定居下来，人口构成因此多元。[3]

村内辖50个自然村。[1]

荣誉与规划[edit]

鱼咀村2021年12月获「2021年广东省卫生村」荣誉称号；2023年5月，村内的元三村获「2022年广东省卫生村」称号。[1]

2024年4月，鱼咀村列入「广东省第一批乡村振兴示范村」创建名单。[1]

鱼咀村是广东省「百县千镇万村高质量发展工程」首批典型村，英德市共有13个村入选。[5]

2024年，村里投入60万元，利用见缝插绿的空地建设公共休闲绿地和小公园。[6]
