会英村是广东省清远市英德市白沙镇下辖的行政村，位于镇的中部偏北，距镇政府约7公里，辖8个自然村[1]。村内有白沙观音鼎温泉度假村“又见山居”项目，以温泉康养度假为主题[4][5]。

历史沿革[edit]

民国时期，这里归门元泰辖区。新中国成立后并入鱼湾区，当时叫「九村中心」[1]。1958年称光明大队；1983年改名会英乡政府，之后先后作村委会和管理区，1998年10月7日再定为村委会[2]。

人口与荣誉[edit]

百度百科载，截至2011年全村人口1803人[3]。2019年9月，会英村列入2018年「广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单[1][3]。

近年建设[edit]

2023年起，会英村与车头、水心两村同被选为“四小园”示范点，属小生态板块的一部分[3]。同年，观音鼎温泉度假村的“又见山居”一期接近验收，二期内部装修以及道路、管网和绿化已大体完成[4]。2024年的报告称，镇里希望尽快解决该项目的征地、用地和用林问题[5]。
