水心村是广东省清远市英德市白沙镇下辖的行政村，村委会位于镇的东南面，距镇政府约3公里，辖22个自然村[1]。耕地广阔平坦，是白沙镇的粮食主产区之一，农业结构调整后大量种植沙田柚等名优水果[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

这里在1955年属联兴乡。1958年称水心大队，1983年为水心乡，之后一度为管理区，直到1998年10月7日才改为村委会[2]。

地名由来[edit]

据博雅地名网，村名因村委会驻地在水心坝村而来[3]。

近年建设[edit]

2023年，水心村东围被评为镇里的“特色村”[4]。2025年，水心村被确定为新的典型村，前期完成了“三清三拆”，铺设了污水管网，并粉饰了外立面[5]。镇里的河堤休闲走廊“象贵河堤”也是村民休闲的打卡点[5]。
