青南村是广东省清远市英德市青塘镇下辖的行政村，位于镇南面，距镇政府约2公里，辖20条自然村。[1]

青南村石桥塘村有四处清代建筑列入英德市第一批历史建筑名录，其中新和隆楼为镬耳楼，奇郁公祠为祠堂。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

此地先是青南乡（1949年至1957年），1958年成为青南大队，1983年为乡政府所在，1986年转为村委会，1990年改为管理区。1998年10月7日改成村委会建制，沿用至今。[1]

文物与历史建筑[edit]

2019年12月，英德市人民政府公布第一批历史建筑名录。名录中位于青南村石桥塘村的有新和隆楼（镬耳楼）、亿隆太子楼、黄新屋新围和奇郁公祠四处，建造年代均为清朝。[2]这些属于历史建筑，并非文物保护单位。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，青南村列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]广东省爱卫会于2023年5月授予「2022年广东省卫生村」称号，获奖的是青南村的二九组、二十一组，以及十四至十七组。[1]

基础设施[edit]

青南村利用「百千万工程」典型村创建资金约42万元，并引导村民自筹约10万元，将村中8段村道改为混凝土硬化，总长超过1公里，惠及50余户约420名村民。[3]村里还将交警支队旁的闲置空地出租，建成大型充电站，年增收约6万元。[4]
