红桥村是广东省清远市英德市桥头镇下辖的行政村，位于镇西北面，距镇政府约5千米，村委办事处设在莲塘村小组。[1]

地名由来[edit]

驻地附近有一座红桥水电站，村名因此而来。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

红桥乡成立于1950年，1958年成为红桥大队；1983年设红桥乡政府，1986年称村委会；红桥管理区办事处设于1990年；1998年10月7日起由村委会管理。[1]

2004年12月2日，红梅村委会被撤销，其辖区划归红桥村管辖。[1]

据英德市人民政府网，2017年8月，内赵自然村作为省定贫困村新农村示范村建设的试点之一，由村党支部与村民理事会推动建设，并完成了村庄规划编制。[2]
