平峰村是广东省清远市英德市沙口镇下辖的行政村，位于镇域西部，距镇区约8公里，辖区面积3500公顷。全村分为19个村小组，耕地合计4720亩。村名的由来：村子北面有一座山，山顶较为平坦，以山峰的样子得名。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

1951年，平峰与江溪、红丰两地合设过一乡，当年冬天便分开。1958年起称平峰大队；1983年设平峰乡，1986年称村委会，1990年一度为管理区，1998年10月7日起又为村委会。[1]

村党支部有党员65人。[2]

人居环境与文明实践[edit]

2024年，平峰村铁路沿线的“赤膊房”22栋完成外立面美化。平峰村已被列为文明实践示范站之一。[3]
