江湾村是英德市英城街道下辖的行政村，属城乡结合区，因北江绕村流过而得名。[1]

沿革[edit]

此地的建制沿革，可以从1952年的洋江小乡说起：1958年一分为江湾大队，1983年改设江湾乡政府，1986年成为江湾村委会，1990年则为江湾管理区。[1]

自1998年10月7日起称江湾村委会；2004年12月2日，红光村委会并入本村。[1][2]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，村列入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」名单。2023年5月，广东省爱卫会授予孔边村、下楼村「2022年广东省卫生村」称号。[1]

发展计划[edit]

五年发展计划提出，江湾村将盘活台泥的900亩砂页岩矿用地，深耕莲藕种植，并稳步推进排污管网和天然气入户等民生配套。[3]
