军寮村隶属广东省清远市连南瑶族自治县大坪镇，距连南县城约15公里。东面与三排镇接壤，南面邻接涡水镇，西与大坪村相邻，北与牛路水村相连。[1]

全村设九个村民小组，共726户2776人（年份未注），以瑶族居民为主，是半林半农的山区村。村内有平瑶岭遗址及其摩崖石刻。[1][3]

人口民族[edit]

村内居民以瑶族为主。据2010年前后的资料，村级集体纯收入约1.5万元，全村人均收入为2500元，属瑶族边远山区的贫困村。[1][2]

经济[edit]

村中有水田1770亩，旱地1000多亩，林地约1.2万亩。农民收入以种养业和外出务工为主。村委会收入的主要部分，来自村内一座小型水电站的股份分红。[2]

镇内的硬化公路横穿村中心，村民多住在公路两侧。村中设有卫生站和小学，镇里的一所中学也设在村内。[2]

2024年3月，村庄被命名为「2023年广东省卫生村」。2021年9月，本村以有机米入选「第二批广东省“一村一品、一镇一业”专业村」名单。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

军寮村原为生产大队，1961年设立，1983年改为乡级建制。1987年5月撤区设乡后，改用军寮村民委员会之名；1989年10月转为军寮村管理区；1999年才又设村民委员会，沿用至今。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

平瑶岭遗址的年代为明，范围涵盖军寮排与烧纸堂两处遗迹，并有两处摩崖石刻，即平瑶岭与烧纸堂的刻石。该遗址在2019年4月被列入「第九批广东省文物保护单位」。[3][4]

1642年（明崇祯十五年）排瑶发动暴动，明朝总兵郑芝龙带三万漳潮兵前来镇压。军寮排与火烧坪、大掌、里八洞等排寨一同遭到攻破，房屋被焚毁。[3]

平瑶岭摩崖石刻位于村内老排一带，石刻由随军监纪董梅鼎所刻，「平瑶岭」三字楷书阴刻于高约8米、宽约6米的石壁上。1986年，连南县政府将其公布为县级文物保护单位。[5]
