牛路水村隶属广东省清远市连南瑶族自治县大坪镇，位于镇域东部，邻近三江镇，相距约12公里。南侧是涡水镇，西侧与军寮村相接。[1][2]

村民主要为李姓、房姓排瑶。全村分为九个生产组、十个自然村，共423户1695人（年份未注）。[1]

地理环境[edit]

国道323线穿过村境，一条乡镇级公路也穿村而过，交通较为便利。[1]

经济[edit]

村民以农林业为生，主要种植水稻，并植有松树和杉树。村内水田575亩，生态林8000多亩，经济林2万多亩（年份未注）。[1]

年收入1500元以下的贫困户有139户，贫困人口共507人（年份未注）。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1961年时，这里为生产大队；1983年改为乡级建制；1987年5月撤区设乡，村名为牛路水村民委员会。1989年10月改为牛路水村管理区，1999年再设村民委员会，沿用至今。[1]

文化[edit]

2023年5月，广东省爱卫会授予本村「2022年广东省卫生村」称号。2026年1月，村庄获评「广东省第二批“百千万工程”典型村」。[1]

2026年9月，大坪镇综合养老服务中心与新时代文明实践所合作，在村内一老一少活动中心举办中秋敬老活动，50名长者、社工及志愿者参加。[3]
