社墩村属连南瑶族自治县（广东省清远市）寨岗镇，位于镇政府南部，离镇政府约5公里，离县城约40公里。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
旧时此地属阳山。1904年为五保，隶寨岗乡；新中国成立初为第十一村，1952年设社墩乡，归第五区。[1]
1953年划归连南，归第四区；1961年社墩设生产大队，归寨岗公社；1983年改为社墩乡，归寨岗区；1986年改设村，划入寨岗镇；1988年成为管理区，1999年撤区设村，同时设立村民委员会。[1]
2024年3月，村子被命名为「2023年广东省卫生村」。[1]
经济[edit]
据2026年的政府通讯，2025年社墩村通过典型村考核；同期村内一家摩托车配件厂正在扩容提质。[2]

2009年统计：14个村民小组，735户，2976人，辖区6.5平方公里，耕地1568亩，以种养业为主。[1]
