成头冲村属连南瑶族自治县（广东省清远市）寨岗镇，位于镇政府北面，北边与三排镇蜈公田村接壤。离镇政府约8公里，离县城约26公里。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村子所在的地方两侧是高山峡谷，又是通道要冲，明洪武年间于此筑城墙、驻营汛兵。最初叫“城头冲”，后因“城”字改写为“成”，遂称成头冲。[1]

民国二十九年（1940年）此处编为成头冲甲，归寨岗乡第二保；1949年称第八村；1961年设生产大队；1983年改乡，1986年改村，1988年成为管理区，1999年撤区设村，另立村民委员会。[1]

2025年3月，村子获评第七届全国文明村镇；2024年4月，它被列入广东省第一批乡村振兴示范村的创建名录；2022年1月，广东省乡村振兴局把它确定为「2021年广东省乡村治理示范村」的创建单位。[1]

经济[edit]

村内一所旧小学校舍闲置多年，经改造后，酿酒车间约有300平方米，工艺简单，专做毛葡萄酒，与石径村的葡萄种植相接，原料就地加工。[2]
