望佳岭村是大麦山镇下辖的行政村，与塘凼、中心岗、后洞、塘梨坑、白芒、上洞、新寨、黄莲等村相邻。2019年9月，该村入选2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

望佳岭的生产大队始建于1958年，1983年这一大队改设为乡。1987年5月，望佳岭乡变为村民委员会；1989年10月设为管理区；1999年4月又恢复为村民委员会。[2]
