白芒村是大麦山镇下辖的行政村，村内有一棵千年古榕，镇里把它与新寨村的九寨梯田一并列入乡村旅游线路。[1][3]

历史沿革[edit]

白芒在1950年时属连南县三区。1952年先设白芒乡，1958年有了白芒生产大队，1983年大队改为乡。1987年5月起，白芒改设村民委员会；1989年10月它又成为白芒管理区，直到1999年4月才重新称村民委员会。[2]

荣誉[edit]

  • 2019年9月，白芒村入选2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
  • 2019年12月，白芒村入选第一批「国家森林乡村」名单。[1]
  • 2026年1月，白芒村入选广东省「百千万工程」典型村（第二批）。[1]

基层党建[edit]

镇政府2021年的工作总结称，白芒村以「党建指导员+党群活动中心」为抓手推进党建工作，探索开办「四点半课堂」，面向老党员、孤寡老人等群体开展关爱帮扶，并把这种做法推广到其他党总支。[3]
