内田村是三江镇下辖的行政村，村名来自一条山冲。[1]这条山冲的水流经连州石角的内田洞，原名内田坑，建村后以山冲为名，后来省去「坑」字，便称内田。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

民国时期，此地先称内田坑，后简称内田，户籍上仍归连县。1953年随金坑一同划入连南。[2]同年3月，金坑乡分出内田乡，由三江联乡办事处管辖。[2]

1956年6月，内田与金坑两个小乡改由县直接管辖；1957年3月，两者并入金坑乡。[2]1961年10月，此地设内田生产大队，划归新设的金坑公社。[2]

1983年冬，此地改为内田乡，归金坑区管辖；1987年5月，区乡体制取消，内田乡变为内田村委会。[2]1999年，内田改为村民委员会，那时属金坑镇；2004年金坑镇撤销后，改属三江镇。[2]

荣誉[edit]

「2023年广东省卫生村」称号于2024年3月授予内田村。[1]
