三才村是广东省清远市连山壮族瑶族自治县小三江镇下辖的行政村，位于镇南面，距镇政府约5公里。村名取天才、地才、人才三才之意。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1952年，三才乡设立；1958年为三才大队。1983年11月分设政社，三才重设乡建制；1986年成为三才村委会，1989年变作管理区，1999年又恢复村委会之名。[1][2]

地理环境[edit]

博雅地名网载，村内耕地约2325亩，辖9条自然村，其中一处自然村以马头山为名。该网未说明它与马头山摩崖石刻所在的山是否同一地点。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2021年12月，广东省爱卫会授予三才村「2021年广东省卫生村」荣誉称号。2023年5月，班管村、江灶村、林屋村获评「2022年广东省卫生村」。[1]
