良善村是福堂镇的行政村，村委会驻地在良善自然村，距镇政府约2公里，东面与连南相邻。[1][2] 村民多为蒋、韦、黄、周、杨、莫等姓，总人口1926人，全部为少数民族。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1952年9月设良善乡，1958年10月改称大队，1983年11月复为乡，1986年改为村委会，1989年8月成为管理区，1999年再次称村委会。[1][2] 2004年，湴田、良洞两村委会并入本村委会。[1][2]

地名[edit]

村名来自驻地所在的良善自然村。[3]

人口与产业[edit]

村委会管辖良善、湴田、良洞三片，共17个村民小组。[1] 耕地合计4482亩，水田占2540亩，林地约2.1万亩。[1] 村民收入以水稻为主，其他有家畜、三鸟、鱼和木材生产。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2023年5月，广东省爱卫会授予东二村、黄屋村「2022年广东省卫生村」称号。[1]
