历史沿革[edit]
1952年，禾坪乡设立；1958年为禾坪大队；1983年政社分设后又名禾坪乡。1986年起称禾坪村委会，1989年改为管理区，1999年又回到村委会之名，沿用至今。[1]
经济与示范建设[edit]
村内有水田1380亩，山地四万多亩。村集体经济每年约10万元，收入多来自生态林补偿、电站收益与三水电站股份分红。农民人均纯收入达3380元（统计年份未注）。[1]
2007年，经镇推荐，县里把禾坪村列为社会主义新农村建设示范村。其中的示范点有914人、219户，水田824亩，山地两万多亩，示范点农民每人收入在2014年为9446元。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2022年8月，禾坪村获列为「2022年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位。[1]
