大里村是阳山县阳城镇下辖的行政村，位于镇的东面，下辖25个村小组。村名源于1963年的一次合并。[1][3]

历史沿革[edit]

该村1940年设保，之后随乡政府与生产大队的反复变动而调整建制。1987年为村民委员会，1989年一度改设管理区，1999年又恢复村民委员会建制，沿用至今。[2]

地名由来[edit]

1963年，里公、架吊、品洞三个生产大队合并。因里公的人数最多，合并后称大里公生产大队，后简称大里。[3]

人口与经济[edit]

截至2014年底，本村总人口461户2323人，劳力1155人。耕地1430亩；旱地1380亩。集体经济收入3.7万元，农民人均年收入4623元。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2024年3月，大里村被命名为「2023年广东省卫生村」。[1]
