畔水村是阳山县阳城镇下辖的行政村，位于镇西侧，距镇政府约4公里，共有27个村小组。村名源于境内耕地水源充足、灌溉便利。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

该村1940年设保，之后随乡政府与生产大队的反复变动而调整建制。1987年为村委会，1989年一度改设管理区，1999年又恢复村委会建制。2005年4月，经县人民政府批准，岭头塘村委会撤销并入本村村委会。[1]

地名由来[edit]

据博雅地名网，相传境内耕地水源足、灌溉便利，因此得名。[2]

人口与经济[edit]

博雅地名网载，截至2014年底本村总人口822户4256人，劳力2259人，集体经济收入18万元，农民人均年收入6630元。耕地2704亩；水田1173亩。[1]

景点与设施[edit]

鸣翠谷旅游风景区列在博雅地名网的畔水村页面下，景区位于阳山县城郊约3公里处。[1]

神峰关景区据百度百科位于岭头塘一带，占地8.8平方千米，2021年评定为国家3A级旅游景区。[4]

2019年，阳城镇新建畔水村党群服务中心，与大莲塘村一并投入75万元；同年还完成畔水寺坪村的安全饮水村村通工程。[3]

荣誉[edit]

2024年3月，畔水村被命名为「2023年广东省卫生村」。[1][5]
