黎埠镇是广东省清远市阳山县下辖的镇，位于县境西北部，距县城约23千米。全镇设1个社区居委会，另有18个行政村。镇名原作犁头埠，因圩场所在处两河交汇、地形状如犁头而得名，其后音近写成黎埠。[1][2][4]

历史沿革[edit]

清乾隆年间，此地设过淇潭司这一机构，明代则属通儒乡。民国初年的1914年，此地设立黎埠区；1928年改为黎埠乡，隶属第四区，1955年第四区又改称黎埠乡。[4][5]

1958年9月组建黎埠人民公社。同年11月，阳山县被并入连阳各族自治县，黎埠改归寨岗人民公社；1959年10月黎埠人民公社重新恢复。1983年11月撤社改区，1987年1月撤区建镇，定名黎埠镇。1993年，黎埠镇分出凤埠镇与龙埠乡。[4][5]

地理环境[edit]

黎埠镇处于阳山县西北部，坐落在连江支流洞冠水东岸的冲积平原上，地势平坦，平均海拔约90米，气候属亚热带季风气候。东面与大崀镇相连，南面与西面和连南瑶族自治县接壤，北面毗邻连州市与小江镇。[2]

全镇面积的数字各家不一：阳山年鉴据县自然资源局所写为2019年283平方千米，百度百科载为269.17平方千米，博雅地名网载为约77平方公里（未注年份）。本文取年鉴的数字。[1][2][4]

人口民族[edit]

2019年的年鉴统计，全镇户籍登记为15894户，人口70673人，其中非农业人口2505人，居民多为汉族客家人。[2]

维基百科依第七次全国人口普查公报写作2020年人口35025人，与上述户籍人口相差甚远，两种口径的差别未见说明，此处两数并列，不作调和。[6]

全镇设1个社区居委会，另有18个行政村。黎埠村位于圩镇中心，隔江村在清连高速旁，离圩镇约1.2千米；洞冠村则在北部，离圩镇约13千米。[3][8][9][10]

黎埠镇于2024年3月获得「2023年广东省卫生乡镇」称号。[4]

经济[edit]

阳山年鉴记2019年全镇农业产值约6.9566亿元，工业产值5.92亿元，两者相加即工农业总产值，约12.8766亿元；同年农民人均纯收入18616元，地方财政收入8410.95万元。[2]

2019年，黎埠镇引入总投资2000万元的保平牛大力（南药）种植项目，占地约0.67平方千米；同时在镇粉体加工工业园建设年产八十万吨活性石粉与粉体深加工项目。[2]

2026年10月，镇党委召开「大干八十天 冲刺全年任务」招商工作会议，部署全镇招商引资工作，各村（社区）党组织书记与中层干部参会。[11]

特产方面，洞冠梨、晶宝梨是水果中的主要品种；养殖与山货有阳山鸡、黑山羊、茶籽油、板栗、白茶；蔬果和其他作物包括西洋菜、西瓜、马蹄、黑甘蔗、砂糖橘与桑葚。[2]

乡村建设方面，2019年全镇有84个村庄通过美丽乡村创建验收，按整洁、示范、特色三类计，依次为五十一、三十一和两个，另有117个村庄正在创建。同年4月，镇街整治提升三年行动启动，农贸市场改造后设136个摊位。[2]

2019年，全镇建档立卡的动态贫困户为1375户2711人（截至11月30日），省定贫困村有7个，分别位于大塘、升平、凤山、隔江、六古、水井和扶村。[2]

文化[edit]

2019年3月，第三届黎埠镇梨花旅游文化节以「黎埠新诗·梨海古韵」为主题，在六古村的千亩梨园开幕，活动持续至3月18日。[2]

同年12月，「广东省汽车场地越野挑战赛暨全域汽车定向拉力赛」的越野角逐，公开组和专业组的场地设在黎埠鲁塘一带。赛道以天然地形为基础，加上人工改造，全长约两千米，设有驼峰、双边桥与深水坑等障碍。年鉴称，此类赛事有助于阳山「四驱之城·越野之都」品牌的推广。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

年鉴提到的景点包括保平飞马石、高拱石桥，以及都爷古庙、大圣爷庙、信善楼、东观别墅、观音岩、李氏宗祠和小北江。[2]

隔江村的昆盛围屋呈半月形，占地近三千平方米，是洞冠水流域最大的民居，也是阳山县现存最大的半月形客家围屋。据百度百科载，其清乾隆末年由杨氏族人开基，建成历时一百四十多年。[7]
