黄坌镇是广东省清远市阳山县下辖的镇，位于县境北部，镇人民政府驻黄坌圩沿江路。[1][2]镇境东与秤架瑶族乡接壤，南连岭背镇，西邻小江镇，北与连州市的西江镇、龙坪镇相界。[1][3]全镇辖黄坌、雷村、白屋、塘底、高陂、王村、大坪7个行政村。[1]
据《阳山年鉴·2020》，2019年黄坌镇户籍人口16590人，户籍3479户，区域总面积164平方千米；百度百科则记2019年末户籍人口为16169人。维基百科载2020年全镇人口为8206人。[1][2][3]
历史沿革[edit]
民国三年（1914年）黄坌一带始建黄坌区。1957年12月撤区并乡，改称黄坌乡；1961年建立公社，1983年复为区公所，1987年再度设乡，1995年改设镇，名为黄坌镇。[3][4]
地名的来历，据博雅地名网所载的民间传说，古时王村坑里出过一名被称为「草寇王」的人物，死后葬下三座坟，此处因之兴旺，起初叫王坟圩，后音变为黄坌。这一说法并无考证。[4]
镇政府网站介绍，黄坌镇是「坚守高陂108天战斗」的所在地，阳山第一位中国共产党党员陈枫也出生在这里。高陂民兵代表后来受到毛主席等党和国家领导人接见，获得「全国民兵英雄」称号和英雄勋章。[1]
2023年，镇里围绕「百县千镇万村高质量发展工程」设立指挥部，并拟定了重点项目清单。[3]
2005年4月，阳山县人民政府批准撤销杨梅、小水、水吊3个村委会，分别并入塘底村、高陂村和王村村。[5][6][7]
地理环境[edit]
黄坌镇在阳山县北部，山地海拔约400至600米，丘陵谷地海拔约100至200米。境内最高峰为蚊仔落，海拔1243.6米；黄坌水由雷村坑与高陂坑汇合而成。[1][3]
气候属亚热带季风气候，年平均气温约23摄氏度，年降雨量约1600毫米，日照每年200天以上。[1]全镇耕地约13.718平方千米，林地约150平方千米，是县内主要的林区之一。[1]国道323线过境，镇政府距县城约35公里。[4]矿产资源有煤、铅锌、锡等，其中高陂村一带的矿产区约35平方千米。[1][3]
人口与行政区划[edit]
2019年全镇辖7个村委会、127个村民小组。[1]博雅地名网所载的镇级概况，则把镇辖单位列为11个管理区，与前述数字不同，此处以年鉴为准。[4]
经济[edit]
2019年全镇工农业总产值为23217.5万元，农业部分占七成以上，工业为5544万元。财政收入4879万元，农民人均纯收入16734.4元。[1]
农业以水稻、玉米和反季节蔬菜为主。2019年，镇里投入财政资金115万元，支持秋饼、茶叶、油茶等本地企业做农产品深加工。当年推进了3个种植项目验收，并申报了2个新项目，其中包括油茶和三华李、鹰嘴桃种植。[1]
旅游方面，2019年乡村旅游经营收入230万元，接待游客1.5万人次。壹茗茶庄园旅游生态公园、腾晖农业生态旅游公园等项目当年推进建设。[1]

黄坌秋饼是镇内的传统小吃，2019年全镇有秋饼加工厂与作坊16家。黄坌秋饼先后获得「阳山县十大特色小食」「清远二十大乡村小吃」「2019年清远市乡村美食」等称号。[1]
黄坌老区学校在2019年的中考中，总分平均544.6分，居全县第一。[1]
著名人物[edit]
陈枫（1916年至1986年）是阳山第一位中国共产党党员，出生于黄坌镇。[1][4]博雅地名网另列有何昌期、郑士超、薛广、刘平、李及兰等相关人物，未注事迹。[4]
