何皮村是广东省清远市阳山县杨梅镇下辖的行政村，位于杨梅镇北面，离墟镇约7公里。近年来，该村先后获得全国和广东省的多项荣誉，是阳山县首个获得「全国文明村」称号的行政村。[1][2]

人口与耕地[edit]

博雅地名网载，该村耕地1800亩，其中水田与旱地各900亩；全村辖10个村民小组，共262户1345人，劳动力810人。该页引用的经济数据为2012年，当年村集体经济收入19万元。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2017年10月，村庄被列为第一批广东省卫生村。在2019年12月，何皮村获得「全国乡村治理示范村」认定。[1][3]

2020年8月，何皮村被列入广东省农业农村厅公布的首批「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村名单，主导产业为砂糖桔。同年11月，该村列名第六届全国文明村镇。[1][4]

2021年初，何皮村举行了「全国文明村」揭牌仪式，这也是阳山县首个获得此称号的行政村。[2]

村庄建设与产业[edit]

村党群服务中心设有党史展览馆、阅读驿站、人大代表联络站等场所，县政府报道称其是一个「一站式」服务平台。该中心建成于2018年。[2][4]

据县政府2021年的报道，村里投入200万元，把美国红火箭和红花荷的培育基地做到了200亩。据县年鉴，全村十个村民小组都已整村推进美丽乡村建设。[2][3]
