沙陂村是广东省清远市阳山县太平镇下辖的行政村，位于镇南面，距镇政府约7千米。[1][2] 2015年，司法部、民政部将其表彰为第六批全国民主法治示范村，是阳山县当批唯一获此称号的村。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

沙陂村1940年设保，之后经历乡政府、生产大队、村委会等建制的变化，1989年改为管理区，1999年再改为村委会，沿用至今。[1]

民主法治[edit]

村中建有法治文化长廊，法治宣传与人民调解工作较为突出。据县政府网站报道，沙陂村有人民调解员74名。[2]

经济[edit]

博雅地名网载，村委会辖23个村民小组，全村965户、3871人，耕地约2490.6亩，该网站未注年份。[1]

据县政府网站，2023年沙陂村双季稻田约1200亩；冬季种植菜心，每亩产3000多斤，经济效益约1万元每亩每季。[2]

村内建有西洋菜产业基地，还有鳗鱼养殖基地正在建设中。[4]

县年鉴称，县里加快推进沙陂村水稻公园项目。[5]

2025年，沙陂村集体经济收入突破50万元。[3]
