2026年，镇里以旱坑村的典型村建设为抓手，开展村庄人居环境提质整治。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

村的建制变化如下：1940年设保，1952年改为乡政府，1958年10月改为生产大队，1983年11月复称乡政府，1987年1月改为村委会，1989年11月改为管理区，1999年3月再改回村委会，此后沿用。[1]

文化[edit]

旱坑村拥有省级非物质文化遗产「双凤舞」。[4]

人口民族[edit]

2013年底，全村共698户，总人口3307人，劳动力1700人。当年的贫困人口为80户208人。[1]

经济[edit]

村民收入以种植砂糖桔、淮山为主。2013年，农民年人均纯收入7814元，村集体经济收入3200元。[1]

2019年，旱坑、湟川、石溪三村共同打造约0.33平方千米的淮山种植基地。[3]
