江英镇是广东省清远市阳山县下辖的镇，位于县境东部，下辖15个行政村。镇政府所在的江英圩距县城约33千米。[1][2][5]

镇境东与英德市波罗镇、乳源县古母水乡接壤，南邻青莲镇，西接岭背镇，北连秤架瑶族乡。全镇属石灰岩山区，以玉米、越夏蔬菜和江英鸡为主要农副产品。[1][2]

“江英”之名出自1965年4月的一次合并：原属英德县的英阳人民公社所辖六个大队并入阳山县江口人民公社，两地名各取一字，定名为江英人民公社。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

明代和清初，今江英一带属尝岁乡；清代中期这里称大桥堡和雷丰乡，归青莲司管辖。1914年置江口区，1928年江口一带改为乡，隶属第一区。新中国成立初，仍属第一区；1955年第一区更名青莲区，江口乡归其管辖。[1]

1957年撤区并乡，仍叫江口乡，1958年10月划入青莲人民公社，1961年又分出另设江口人民公社。1965年4月并入英阳等六个大队后改称江英人民公社。此后，1983年11月社改为江英区，1987年1月区改为江英乡，1995年9月乡改为江英镇。另一份2011年的镇情介绍把撤乡建镇记为1997年。[1][2]

地理环境[edit]

全镇位于喀斯特地貌区，地表干燥，北部地势较高，南部较低。平均海拔约485米，天井山为全镇最高点，海拔1693.1米。[1][2]

气候属亚热带，气温年均17.2℃，年降水量约1800毫米。可耕地约3200万平方米，土壤偏酸性，属黄土类。[1]

全镇区域面积各家数字不一：阳山县年鉴引用县自然资源局2019年的数据为314平方千米；博雅地名网记作约331平方千米；百度百科记作303.05平方千米。[1][4][6]

林地约233.33平方千米，森林覆盖率为68%，另有国家级和省级生态公益林约200平方千米。矿产有铅锌矿、石英石、钾长石和英石矿，其中铅锌矿集中在坑边村六仔埪一带，储量大、品位高。[1]

人口与行政[edit]

2019年全镇总人口46186人，其中农业人口41713人，全镇辖15个行政村、324个村民小组。博雅地名网记人口约2.04万人，与年鉴的数字不一致，此处以年鉴为准。[1][6]

2016年的镇总体规划把镇区称为镇域服务中心，江英村是中心镇区的组成部分；同时选定三联村、大桥村、岩洞村和坑边村为中心村。[3]

经济[edit]

2019年全镇农村经济总收入约7.34亿元；财政收入607882万元（统计时不含工商国税）；农民人均纯收入15813元。[1]

农业以种养为主，粮食作物以玉米和稻谷为主。反季节蔬菜自1987年秋试种，到2010年种植面积达4.5万多亩（含复种），产值超过7000万元，成为农村的主导产业之一。[2]

2019年全镇养殖江英鸡约80万只，牛羊约8万头。以2019年为时点，农业企业共8家，农民合作社则有58家，其中国家级示范社两家，分别是「益民蔬菜专业合作社」和「旭峰家禽养殖专业合作社」。[1]

镇上逢农历三、六、九为圩期，集市活跃，是周边农副产品的集散地。[1][2]

文化与习俗[edit]

当地村民每餐都备有麦羹，每逢节庆以及农历初一、十五，村里人都会上香祭拜。春节前后做糖环、油糍和磨水豆腐，清明节做艾油糍，农历四月初八做煎水豆腐，端午节包粽子。[1]

江英鸡和江英麦羹曾在广东珠江频道的《摇钱树》栏目中推广宣传。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

年鉴列出的风景名胜包括沙坝水库、西华古寺，还有百年古杉与岩洞的千年银杏。镇总体规划提出，以大桥电商物流村和墩二美丽乡村为起点，依次串联西华古寺、百年古杉、千年银杏和沙坝水库，建成一条精品旅游线路。[1][3]
