柳塘村是阳山县青莲镇下辖的行政村，位于镇域南面，北面与南塘村相接，东面与峡头村交界，南面与大洞村相接。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

2005年4月，县政府批准把原浪网村委会并入本村，浪网村委会就此不再单设。[1]

2025年10月，镇里公示拟将柳塘村委会下的寮村更名为唐屋村，下村更名为下平村，理由是部分自然村名含生僻字，长期影响村民生产生活。2026年4月，另一份公示又拟将下村更名为文坪村。[2][3]

村里有15个自然村在2023年5月入选「2022年广东省卫生村」，由广东省爱卫会评定。[1]
