村内已种植沙糖桔112亩，另有大量龙眼、荔枝等水果，耕地1600亩，年份未注。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
旧时此地属清远县潖江上四九；1951至1957年一度称菱圹，1958至1983年为菱塘大队，1983至1989年又成乡，1990至1995年为管理区，1995年起称村委会。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2024年3月，菱塘村被命名为「2023年广东省卫生村」。[1]
