王田村是广东省清远市佛冈县水头镇下辖的行政村，占地约6.5平方千米，有15个村民小组，总人数2138人。村名的来历是王姓人家在此居住。[1]

全村共495户，总人数2138人，党员32人。村中山地4876亩，耕地800.24亩。[1]

2026年4月28日，县委书记芦湛到王田村调研，了解干部队伍建设、产业发展和农村集体“三资”管理等情况，并就堵塞管理漏洞、优化运营机制提出意见。[2]

  • 2020年12月，王田村上榜「2020年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”」创建单位名单。[1]
  • 2026年1月，王田村获评广东省第二批「百千万工程」典型村称号。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

清代属清远县吉河乡，民国时期属佛冈县一区水头乡。1959年5月起称王田大队，1983年12月改为王田乡，1987年1月改为王田村委会，1995年11月复称村委会。[1]
