地名由来[edit]
古时古塘村南面的潖江河岸有一处小集市，每逢农历二、七两日赶圩，村名由此而来。[1]
村落与产业[edit]
村辖田心村、古塘村、象山村三条自然村。耕地约1318亩，早先以粮食为主，后来调整结构，种植沙糖桔、甜橙等水果。据百度百科，村内设19个村民小组。[1][2]
历史沿革[edit]
1956年至1982年一度称二七大队，1983年至1986年为二七乡，1990年至1995年为管理区，1995年定为村委会。[1]
